Definitions & Exclusions

The person(s) eligible for the services described in Section 2, in the Terms of Service, shall be the Covered member; spouse of Domestic Partner; children age 21 or younger who live with the Covered Member; and children age 24 or younger who are full-time students.

 

All orders are final. If subscriber chooses to cancel during the service period, payment will not be pro-rated. However, cancelled service will continue until the service renewal date, and at that time the service will not be renewed. Cases discovered prior to enrollment will not be eligible for service.
